Stephen Fallon, PhD joins the Danya Institute as Project Director for the new HRSA funded TARGET Center project. The TARGET Center serves as the hub of technical assistance products and services for Ryan White service providers and consumers. Dr. Fallon has a decade's experience implementing technical assistance projects for state and national entities. He has also directed HIV programs at three community based agencies. Stephen received his PhD from the University of Florida, and his bachelor degree from Boston College.
